# Can I switch between different apps mid-session?

## Yes, Cheffy automatically pauses your session while you handle other tasks—like answering emails, calls, or texts—and picks right back up where you left off when you return.

1. **Multitasking Mid-Session** 
     - Life gets busy, and there's always bigger fish to fry. Cheffy allows you to seamlessly switch between different apps on your mobile device or desktop while maintaining your current session.
2. **Automatic Pausing** 
     - When you step away to attend to other business—such as answering emails, phone calls, or text messages—Cheffy pauses the session until you come back around.
3. **Resuming Where You Left Off** 
     - Let Cheffy know when you are ready to proceed, and he will continue right from where you left off. If your session happens to time out, simply provide Cheffy with your email address, and he will recognize exactly where you left off from your last recipe.
