Choosing When to Receive Your Recipe
- You have two options for when your smart recipe is sent to your email: you can choose to receive it before diving into the cooking steps, or after you have finished your session.
Ingredient and Pairing Review
- Before sending, Cheffy makes sure you have all the necessary ingredients and any recommended pairings you might need for your dish so that the final recipe accurately matches what you actually cooked.
Typing Your Email in the Chat Box
- For accuracy, your email address must be typed directly into the chat panel (on the right for desktop, or via the chat button on mobile). The most common reason for not receiving an email is a misspelled address.
Checking Status and Filters
- If your email address is correct and you haven't received anything, ask Cheffy for a confirmation of the sending status. Be sure to also check your junk or spam folder, as some email providers have strict incoming filters.

Cheffy gives you the flexibility to receive your smart recipe via email either before you start cooking or after finishing, as long as your email address is correctly typed into the chat box.
